Pick Ups:

Pick ups are available between 8.30 am and 3.00 pm Monday-Friday

 

Refund and Returns

 

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Window Warehouse. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

No change-of-mind refunds offered on sales items. Store credit is offered upto 80% of purchase value in that instance (apply only for stock items. Non applicable for special orders)

 

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to:

The following imformation must also be included:

  • Your order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
  • Please note that we do not offer "change - of - mind* refunds on products. Only a store credit is offered upto 80% of purchase price (Stock items only. No refunds or credit for special orders)
